Certixa is a bulk visual document generation platform. It supports certificates, badges, event tickets, and other personalized document workflows.

2. Creating Templates and Projects

• Upload a background image template (PNG/JPG/JPEG).
• Use built-in presets such as A4, HD landscape, and badge formats.
• Create custom dimensions within supported limits.

3. Canvas Editor Guide

• Add text, image placeholders, QR code placeholders, and shape elements.
• Use layer ordering and alignment controls for precise layouts.
• Use signature elements for self-signature or external signature workflows.

4. Dynamic Variables

Use placeholders with double curly braces such as {{Name}} and {{Course}}. Variable names are case-sensitive and should match your source column headers.

5. CSV and Excel Data Format

Upload CSV files or copy/paste rows into the editor. Each row is used as one document generation payload.

6. Rendering and ZIP Output

• Jobs are processed in asynchronous queues.
• Output can be PDF, JPG, or both.
• Generated files are packaged into ZIP for download.

7. Credits, Billing, and Refund Policy

• Generation cost is charged per document.
• Email auto-delivery is charged per document when enabled.
• External Signature premium is charged per external signature slot.
• Credits are deducted after key validation passes and job processing begins.
• All credit purchases are non-refundable.

8. File Retention Policy

Generated files and source CSV are automatically deleted after the retention window. Verification registry data may remain available for authenticity checks.

9. Public Verification

Verification pages allow recipients and third parties to validate document authenticity using registry IDs.
